Abdulrahman Ahmed Al Rayyan serves as Chief Executive Officer at Blackwatch Consultancy. He is a Qatari businessman, investor, and strategic adviser with more than fifteen years of experience spanning government relations, strategic investments, international business development, industrial enterprises, infrastructure, hospitality, commodities, and cross-border commercial engagements, trusted simultaneously by senior government officials, family offices, institutional investors, and multinational corporations across the Gulf and internationally.

His instincts were forged inside one of Qatar's most diversified family business ecosystems, including Bandary International Group, Bandary Engineering, Al Rayyan Industries, Al Rayyan Ready Mix, Al Rayyan Aqua Tanks, AGR Group, Bandary Hospitality, Bandary Food & Beverage, and Metro Pools, spanning industrial manufacturing, construction and infrastructure, water and utility solutions, hospitality and tourism, food and beverage, and strategic investment. Few executives arrive with that range of direct operating exposure.

At Blackwatch, Abdulrahman leads the firm's strategic direction across government relations, market access, investment facilitation, and corporate diplomacy. He is also Chairman of Al Rayyan Capital Holdings and Chief Executive Officer of Al Rayyan Jewelry & Art, and his network spans Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Europe, Asia, and Africa, the kind of reach that turns introductions into outcomes. Giancarlo "GC" Ceci serves as Managing Partner at Blackwatch Consultancy, where he sets the firm's global strategic direction and oversees execution across its advisory practices. He built his career at the intersection of institutional discipline and entrepreneurial execution: early on at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest and most rigorous institutional investment firm, and later in healthcare private equity in South Florida, where he led due diligence, deal evaluation, and transaction execution across a series of complex acquisitions.

That combination of macro-level institutional judgment and hands-on transaction experience is what GC brings to every Blackwatch engagement: the ability to assess risk and opportunity with the same precision as a global allocator, and to execute with the speed and accountability of a principal. He concurrently serves as Managing Partner at Palm Beach Equity Advisors, giving him an active, cross-border view into institutional capital and deal flow that directly informs Blackwatch's advisory work.

Born and raised in Connecticut, GC now resides in Dubai, where he has built an extensive network across the region's investment, government, and advisory communities, positioning Blackwatch at the center of where international capital meets Gulf opportunity. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, runner, and golfer.

Marco Traponi serves as Operations Manager at Blackwatch Consultancy, where he runs the day-to-day execution behind the firm's hospitality and brand holdings, turning strategic direction into operating reality. He is an experienced executive with a demonstrated track record across food & beverage, automotive, hospitality, energy, and defense industries. A graduate of Indiana University (USA) with a BSBA focused in International Business, he built his career on a foundation of disciplined commercial strategy and cross-border execution.

He expanded into multinational commercial development by founding and launching several authentic Italian brands, building structured franchising platforms designed to scale regional concepts internationally. Under his leadership, multi-brand operations were developed and managed across Arabic, European, Asian, and American café and restaurant formats, consistently aligning regional cultural identity with international operational standards, the same discipline he now applies to scaling Blackwatch's growing portfolio of restaurant and franchise brands across Dubai.

Marco brings to Blackwatch a rare depth of skill in international negotiation, strategic business planning, business development, and strategic marketing. He is the operator behind the firm's hospitality ambitions, the person who turns an acquisition or a new concept into a functioning, profitable business on the ground.

Walid Gaber serves as Business Development Manager at Blackwatch Consultancy, where he is often the firm's first point of contact for new opportunities and the connective tissue between client relationships and execution. He supports the firm's client engagement, partnership development, and regional growth initiatives, working closely with the firm's partners to identify new opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients and partners.

His role bridges day-to-day business development with the firm's broader strategic priorities, ensuring the seamless execution of Blackwatch's advisory mandates across the region and helping the firm extend its network and deliver consistent value to clients across its core sectors.
